The content on this platform has primarily focused on course creation and helping new coaches and teachers format and record their online courses.

While I adore helping experts and artists share their craft with the world, I have lately realized how much we (as creators) need to discuss mental health. With 2023 set to be the year of A.I., I genuinely believe creators can finally get the chance to step back from their hectic schedules and create time for themselves.

I know many of us are afraid for our jobs with the rise of A.I platforms. There is a very real danger of losing writing and design jobs to programs like OpenAI, and it threatens to render us obsolete.

Here’s the truth, though: We aren’t there yet.

Right now, we’re in a spot where we can coach A.I to do our jobs and teach it to mimic human creativity and emotion. So long as we are able to adapt to the “new normal,” we will still have a place in our respective industries.

I want to bring focus on how these A.I tools can empower us to lead a better life. Where once we struggled with carving out time for ourselves, we now have the opportunity to double our productivity in half the time and get a few hours to unplug and pursue what we love.

Freelancing can be isolating.

While freelancing can offer a sense of freedom and flexibility that can be highly rewarding, it’s also true that it can be an isolating profession.

Freelancers don’t have the same support and camaraderie of a traditional office setting, so they can often feel isolated and disconnected from colleagues and peers. This can be especially challenging for those who are new to freelancing and may be accustomed to the social connections and interactions that come with working in an office environment. Plus, the traditional structures provided by companies (though limiting) still offer a minimum 2-day weekend, which is considered a luxury for a typical freelancer.

The isolation can then lead to feelings of loneliness and lack of support. It can also make it more difficult for freelancers to stay motivated and focused, as they may not have the same accountability and structure that comes with working in a team.

A lot of these issues can be addressed if creators can carve out some time for self-care, group events, and hobbies.

How A.I can help your mental health

Artificial intelligence tools can be a powerful resource for freelancers, helping them to streamline their workflows and save time on repetitive tasks.

  1. Automation of tedious tasks: A.I. tools can automate certain tasks that are time-consuming and repetitive, such as keyword research or social media posting. This can free up time and energy for freelancers, helping to reduce stress and burnout.
  2. Improved efficiency: A.I. tools can help improve efficiency with content optimization or design by providing insights and recommendations that can help freelancers create more compelling work.
  3. Enhanced productivity: By using A.I. tools to streamline workflows, freelancers can be more productive and get more done in less time. This can help you feel more in control of your work and reduce feelings of stress.
  4. Improved mental health: By using A.I. tools to manage your workload and improve efficiency, you can take better care of your mental health and well-being, helping you feel more balanced and fulfilled in your work and personal life.

What’s next?

Moving forward, I will focus on how A.I can help you with your business and enable you to make more time for yourself. Let 2023 be the year you automate your business and take a well-deserved vacation!
